According to Pascal's principle, this design can amplify the force of the air pressure by several tens of times, thereby generating a powerful hydraulic clamping force. This design combines the rapid response of pneumatics with the powerful locking force of hydraulics, and it operates with only a standard air source, eliminating the need for an additional hydraulic power unit and greatly simplifying system configuration.

High Integrability: Can be linked with the machine tool's M-code via a solenoid valve for easy integration into automated systems, enabling unmanned operation.
Robust and Durable Construction: The vise body is made of high-tensile ductile iron (FCD60), and the sliding surfaces are high-frequency heat-treated to ensure long-term accuracy and durability.

The base of the vise is precision-ground and comes with standard keyways and mounting holes for quick and accurate installation on the T-slot tables of various machining centers. Additionally, it can be easily combined with our zero-point clamping system to achieve even faster fixture changeovers, further enhancing production efficiency and flexibility.
